The emotive behaviour being used by both David Davis and Michel Barnier continues to be analysed in great depth by both the media and experts alike. "Magic thinking", a lack of "decisive progress", overly "nostalgic" – these are just some of the frosty terms being thrown around when the third round of Brexit talks ended in Brussels today.  But what does this behaviour really demonstrate and what impact will this have as the UK moves to leave the EU?
