Ina Weinbauer-Heidel has been dedicating her professional career to understanding and improving the interface between transfer research and transfer practice. In her roles as a scientist, speaker, consultant, and trainer, as well as head of the Institute of Transfer Effectiveness in Austria, she works relentlessly to make scientific findings applicable in practice.
Andy Lancaster is Head of Learning at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He has worked in a range of sectors including commercial, technological, design, academic and non-profit settings and is the author of “Driving Performance Through Learning”. He regularly speak at conferences such as the CIPD’s Annual Conference, Festival of Work, World of Learning and OEB Global Learning.
Emma Weber is the founder of Lever Learning and developer of the Turning Learning into Action methodology. Lever Learning delivers programmes throughout 16 countries and in 11 languages.
