Robin Hoyle has spent almost three decades as a strategic L&D leader, trainer and consultant. As a writer and blogger he focuses on workforce development policies, learning strategies, tools and techniques.
He has written two books, ‘Informal Learning in Organizations: How to Create a Continuous Learning Culture’ and ‘Complete Training: From Recruitment to Retirement’, both published by Kogan Page. Robin is a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute and the Chair of the World of Learning Conference.
In his role as Head of Learning Innovation for Huthwaite International, he is exploring routes to enhancing the learning experience and the impact of all Huthwaite’s training and learning interventions.

Katie is a highly experienced learning facilitator with over 15 years in learning and development Her experience of creating, developing and embedding learning journeys has given her valuable insight and expertise in successfully managing the requirements of an organisation, alongside the individual learner needs.
A self-confessed learning and development fanatic, Katie shares her extensive knowledge and passion with participants, providing an innovative and energetic learner experience in both virtual and face-to-face training environments. Reflected favourably in participant feedback scores, Katie consistently rates highly for facilitation, engagement, providing valuable feedback and subject knowledge.
Katie works collaboratively with organisations to ultimately provide solutions that meet commercial goals and align with learning strategy.
In the past, she’s established processes and procedures to provide effective and efficient learning and development services, assessed future training needs and provided a training matrix to fulfil requirements. She also created an interactive online learning programme for virtual training within a national financial services organisation, including research, design and the creation of online content.
